What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a model that allows your healthcare provider to establish a personal relationship with our patients. Members are given direct access to their providers so they can have their immediate question/concerns answered quickly and conveniently.
Does SANE.Medical take insurance?
SANE.Medical eliminates the need to go through insurance. You pay the provider directly to have access to care when you need it. Once a month membership in the DPC model replaces the traditional cost of insurance for our services, but your labs, imaging and prescription may still be billed to your insurance plan if desired.
Any employee options?
Yes! SANE.Medical is able to offer affordable and convenient care to their employees. We can tailor a pacakge to fit the needs and budget of any employer. Please email for questions.
Do I have to commit to become a DPC member?
In order to establish real progress towards your healthcare goals and really get to know you and your health history, I do require initial 3 month commitment with payment via automatic monthly billing. After 3 months, if you wish to move, then you are able to cancel your membership. There is a re-enrollment fee, if you chose to re-enroll in the future.
