IV memberships and their benefits are individual and nontransferable. They cannot be shared, pooled, gifted, or used for another patient. All infusions and injections remain subject to medical screening and clinical appropriateness. Review the complete billing and cancellation terms before enrolling.

Neuromodulator member pricing
Regular pricing is $15 per unit for treatments below 40 units and $13 per unit at 40 units or more. Active members receive the $13-per-unit rate on eligible neuromodulator treatments, subject to assessment and product availability.
Membership never guarantees a particular number of units, treatment area, product, or clinical result.
Know before enrolling
Memberships, banked balances, discounts, and benefits are individual and nontransferable. They cannot be shared, pooled, gifted, or used for another patient.
Unused monthly dollars remain recorded as your clinic credit. Member discounts end when the membership ends; remaining credit is applied at standard pricing.
Credits and discounts do not apply to laboratory testing, outside pharmacy or medication costs, medical visits, structured medical programs, financing balances, gift purchases, or third-party services unless specifically stated.
Payment or membership does not guarantee an infusion, injection, prescription, procedure, or aesthetic treatment. Every service remains subject to individual screening, consent, and clinical appropriateness.
Enrollment terms
Memberships renew monthly using the payment method on file. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. No additional member discounts accrue after the membership ends, but the member’s remaining paid clinic credit stays on their individual account for eligible services at standard pricing.
Membership payments and banked credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not refundable except when required by law. Complete inclusions, exclusions, billing authorization, cancellation instructions, and balance terms are presented for review before enrollment.
