Supportive
You are heard without being hurried, dismissed, or reduced to one symptom.
The story beneath the care
SANE.Medical was created for women who want thoughtful medical care, clear explanations, and room to be seen as a whole person—not a problem moving through a protocol.

Good care is not defined only by which labs are ordered or which treatment is offered. It is also shaped by whether you feel heard, whether choices are explained, whether your questions are welcome, and whether the plan actually fits your life.
That is the foundation of safety-rooted care: a medical experience built around dignity, context, informed choice, and clinical responsibility.

Founder · clinician · advocate
My work has always lived at the intersection of medicine, advocacy, education, and what people need in the moments when health feels most personal.
My background in emergency and trauma nursing taught me to notice what is urgent, what is connected, and what cannot be reduced to a single complaint. My work as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner deepened my understanding of consent, autonomy, careful communication, and the responsibility clinicians carry when someone entrusts us with their body and their story.
As a family nurse practitioner, I bring that same awareness into women’s reproductive, hormone, and whole-body care. You do not have to disclose trauma or identify as a survivor to benefit from care that explains before acting, respects boundaries, and makes room for your questions.
SANE.Medical is the result: medically thoughtful care designed to help you feel strong, aligned, nourished, and empowered.

The S.A.N.E. approach
S.A.N.E. is more than a name. It is the framework that guides how decisions are discussed, how plans are built, and how care should feel.
You are heard without being hurried, dismissed, or reduced to one symptom.
Your care reflects your goals, values, season of life, and readiness.
We consider the foundations that influence how your whole body functions.
You understand your options and remain an active decision-maker.
An important distinction
SANE.Medical is a medical practice—not a counseling program or crisis service. You are never expected to share painful experiences in order to receive respectful care.
Our safety-rooted approach simply means that clear explanations, consent, collaboration, and control over your choices are embedded in the experience. These practices benefit every patient.
