Male fertility evaluation · $697

Fertility is not
only her story.

A clear, private starting point including a comprehensive fertility and health review, laboratory evaluation, Fellow semen analysis, and a personalized roadmap.

Begin the men’s assessment

A parallel path—not an afterthought

Both partners deserve answers.

Fertility evaluation often begins with intense attention on the female partner while the male side of the picture is delayed or reduced to assumptions.

Current AUA/ASRM guidance supports evaluating both partners concurrently. For men, that initial evaluation includes a reproductive history and one or more semen analyses.

A focused starting point

Information first.
Then the right next step.

  1. 01

    Begin privately

Start through the current men’s fertility pathway and receive the instructions needed for your evaluation.

  2. 02

    Complete semen testing

Review key semen parameters that contribute useful information about reproductive health.

  3. 03

    Interpret the result in context

A semen analysis is not a pass-or-fail fertility verdict. Results must be understood alongside history, variability, medications, exposures, and the couple’s broader picture.

  4. 04

    Know where to go next

When findings are abnormal or more complex evaluation is needed, referral to a male reproductive expert may be the appropriate next step.

The wider health picture

Sperm health does not exist in isolation.

Testing can open a broader conversation about reproductive and whole-body health. It does not replace a complete fertility or urologic evaluation.

Building the full picture

Two people.
Two parallel evaluations.

Men’s fertility care complements—not replaces—the woman’s evaluation. Conceive With Clarity™ gives women a whole-body preconception starting point while the male pathway helps prevent his part of the picture from being postponed.

Clear about our role

A starting point with responsible referral.

SANE.Medical is not a reproductive-urology, IVF, or reproductive-endocrinology practice. This pathway supports initial testing, education, and appropriate direction.

Abnormal semen parameters, azoospermia, significant hormonal concerns, physical findings, recurrent pregnancy loss, or other complex concerns may require evaluation by a reproductive urologist or fertility specialist.
